Wellington Protest
This will be the second march against FPA in Wellington. Photos from the last march are here.
When: Friday 12 February, 12:30pm
Where: Civic Square in Wellington central, marching to Parliament
Why: Family Planning wants to open up 30 new abortion clinics, killing babies up to 9wks throughout NZ
Sorry I won’t be with you on this march–I’m travelling from Upper Hutt to Auckland that day, and I think I need to start travelling in the morning. Maybe writing a letter to a Member of Parliament will be a substitute for being there.
A letter to the Minister of Health Tony Ryall would be a very good move Nigel! Sorry you’re not able to make it to the march.
Totally support your march. Can’t be there as live in South Island. Maybe along with fighting this killing we should be also suggesting ways to help the women through their decisions and give sanctuary to them and their babies, or maybe adopting them after they are born like other groups are doing like the Jeremiah group do. From mother of 15 (all my husband’s and mine).
I support the idea of adoption too. However the problem is that there are too many parents willing to adopt and too few children to adopt, precisely because the mother and father choose to abort (kill) instead.
